Shared Accommodation and Rooms
If you are coming to UK as a single to work or live you could go for shared accommodations as shared accommodations are the cheapest form of accommodation in UK cities.
You could rent a room in a shared house or a flat and share the bath room, toilet, and kitchen with the other people in the rest of the room in the house or flat. The rent of the room would vary depending upon the room size and facilities in the property. Usually the rent of a medium sized room would be around £80 a week. There are small rooms which might be available for £50 a week.
You don’t have to pay any utility bills in most of the cases. You could buy groceries and stock them in the shared kitchen and fridge and cook when you find time and kitchen is free.
There might be time table for cleaning the shared facilities such as kitchen, toilet, dining etc. Some one has to clean every week end based on the time table.
Sharing a Room
In some places you could even share a room this will be comfortable if you have a friend to share the room.
Guest Accommodation
You could even find guest accommodation, where some family might rent out a room in their property. You might find it comfortable if you could able to find a guest accommodation in the family of your community group. You might get a free meal in the night.
